As so often happens, ones identity and the food one loves are inseparable. The philosophy at Casellas is quite simple, in order to create the finest dishes we need to source the best produce available at any given time of the year, given our seasonal menu's, Casellas is all about "The Dining Experience", quite simply our passion is the food we create.
